Hjørring Municipality aims to work actively to establish a strong health profile.

To increase the general state of health in the workplace, the City Council has taken over the Centre for Healthy Workplaces from North Jutland County. It believes that the Centre – in collaboration with the Sund By (‘healthy town’) shops – will help develop better working environments and workplaces by focusing on lifestyle diseases.
